Emperor's Children Layer is a high quality water-based acrylic paint with a high, but lighter pigment concentration as Citadel Base Colours. Emperor's Children Layer offers you a lot of creative freedom by painting your miniatures and models. Add multiple layers to bring out extra details on your miniatures, or highlight edges for a stunning look. The layer paint has an even, matt finish. For best results we recommend using a Citadel Layer Brush.
